one of my favourite quotes is from Rambo.. To set the quote up, Rambo is deep in the outback. He is being tracked by the Sherriff and all the police staff. Then Colonel Samuel Trautman turns up on the scene to tell the police dudes to tread careful..
The sherrif asks: "Why does God create a man like Rambo?" and the colonel says: "God didn’t create Rambo. it was me." He then adds: "I recruited him, trained him and commanded him for years in Vietnam. He belongs to me."
The sherrif is all cocky and says "Rambo is a civilian now, so he’s my problem."
Then the colonel spurs into this great speech and its one of my favourite quotes:
"You don’t seem to want to accept the fact you’re dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare… With a man who’s the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands…. A man who’s been trained to ignore pain; ignore weather; to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke….. In Vietnam his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill! Period! Win by attrition. Well Rambo was the best. "
Awesome or what.. But it doesnt end there.. Then the sherrif is still cocky and says summut like he is still gonna send his men in, and the icing on the cake is when the colonel turns around and says :
"lf you’re sending out so many people then i hope you got enough body-bags!"
